Sessions include live wrestling, updated techniques, and talks covering important topics
in wrestling including weight training, goal setting, nutrition, self-motivation, and training tips

Cost for non-ICCSD participates: $55.00

Ages:
2010-2011 Grades 2nd-11th
(Younger wrestlers may apply by contacting Coach Smith)
*Wrestlers will be grouped according to age and experience*

9:00-11:45 AM

City High Wrestling Room and Gym

Equipment:
T-Shirt, shorts, shoes (Headgear optional)
